PRODUCTION & DESIGN
When we say we can produce anything you can think of, we mean it. From $5 t-shirts to $250 beach cruiser bikes, we have made tons of amazing high quality apparel and promotional products throughout the years. We specialize in making “outside of the box” non cookie cutter items, to really make your brand stand out. Our designers can take your inspiration and design direction and produce high quality print ready designs within hours. From designs we go to sourcing the garments / products needed for the design. We sample the garments / products to ensure they are exactly what you want. Once we have our garments / products finalized, we send the final designs to production. Production times vary per item, most orders are completed within 3-10 business days.
Throughout the years we have leveraged fast turn around times with our print shop and other manufacturers we contract through, passing the time savings on to you. We can meet any in hands date within 3-10 business days on most USA sourced items. From band merch to high end fashion lines, we can source and produce whatever your needs are.

We fully build out your store with a free Shopify theme (we have options for premium themes as well if you want to use any of those layouts.) All settings are configured by Alert, besides banking information. You own the store and can fully control your store at all times. Stores have monthly fees associated with them from Shopify ($29.99 – $299.99). Most stores use the $29.99 option.

We fully manage your store, from order processing to customer service, you literally do not have to worry about a thing. Monday – Friday order processing. We process your orders daily and get them shipped out within 24-48 of your customer purchasing guaranteed. Your customers have piece of mind when they order with automated order tracking, delivery updates and dedicated US based customer service (email and phone support).

Percentage based. Any music related sales (physical and digital downloads) will be exempt from our fee. Any items bundled with music will have a handling fee.
We bill you for 100% of actual shipping costs related to shipping merchandise to your customers. The shipping costs are set in your online store shipping settings. Shipping & handling rates may increase at any time to cover increased order fulfillment. (shipping fees are at a cost to your customers)
We ship all orders to customers in a timely manner, cover all of the customer service, refunds/exchanges and house / maintain your inventory.
Any promo or “comped” order shipping fees which you request or a program which you have authorized will be added to your monthly shipping bill.
You cover all production costs of merchandise. Such costs and production run unit amounts to require your prior approval in each instance. All approvals are done digitally through our online software. All designs and logo placements will have prior approval via email before proceeding in to production. All blank apparel products will also be approved before a purchase order is confirmed via email.
You will have full financial and artistic control of your web store at all times. You shall retain 100% of all intellectual properties utilized in connection with merchandise produced, sold or distributed, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights and related name, image and likeness properties on an exclusive worldwide basis. All content shall remain confidential until publicly released.
All money will flow into your accounts (PayPal & Credit Card Processor)
30 day notice, from the date of such notice, is required to discontinue our services, except where either party is in material breach of this agreement. Upon expiration of the 30 day notice period from such termination, Alert Apparel & Promotions LLC shall cease all public activities with respect to the provision of merchandise and your store, and shall provide all passwords and related material to you.
